We accept returns only on items from the Factory Fitted brand and only for EXCHANGES - no refunds.  Hit us on the “Contact” page within 7 days of purchase, include your order number and reason for return and we’ll do our best to help you out in a timely manner.  

Returns will only be accepted if the items arrive back to us in original condition, unworn and including all tags and packaging.  Please understand that the return of your purchase is your responsibility, including the cost of postage - so use registered mail to ensure it gets to us safely.

Factory Fitted will only refund original shipping costs if the purchased item is faulty or not as described.

Factory Fitted does not offer refunds or exchanges on ANY vintage piece.  We do our best to include any imperfections and sizing in the descriptions and photos - so please read carefully, as all vintage sales are final.
